PRESENTATION UPDATE ON ADG CODE WITH NATIONAL TRANSPORT COMMISSION

ABRI members are invited to a presentation with Debra Kirk from the National Transport Commission on Wednesday, 9 December 2020 from 10.30am – 11.30am. Debra will provide an update on the following:

  • Review of the ADG Code
  • Register of jurisdictional differences
  • Training and guidance
  • PPE requirements
  • Next steps

ABRI WEBINAR - ONLY 9 NOVEMBER NOW AVAILABLE

ABRI has held two of the four webinars on ‘Implementing new packing instructions for transporting mixed loads of batteries: Australian Dangerous Goods Code 7.7‘.  The next webinars will be held on Thursday 5 November and Monday 9 November.

FINANCIAL ASSURANCES AND STOCKPILING – WHO, WHEN, WHAT AND HOW MUCH

Updated September 2020: EPA 1116/20: This information sheet describes the EPA’s approach to requiring financial assurances and stockpile controls as conditions of authorisation under sections 45 and 51 of the Environment Protection Act 1993 (for prescribed activities of environmental significance set out in Schedule 1).
