REMINDER - ABRI 2024 AGM - Notice of Meeting

The ABRI AGM will be held online on Thursday 14 March commencing at 2pm (AEST). Agenda, voting proxy form and background on voting processes. Please register to attend the AGM.

The AGM is an opportunity to hear from the President, Treasurer and CEO on ABRI 2023 activities and 2024 priorities to support members and industry development.

At this AGM, members will also be invited to vote on the election of directors for four Executive Committee positions which are up for renewal. There are a total of eight positions on the Executive Committee. Four nominations have been received for the four positions up for consideration at the 2024 AGM from:

• Battery Stewardship Council, Libby Chaplin

• Envirostream, Ben Pritchard

• Nyrstar, Shane Piuselli

• Ramcar, Paul Stainsby

The Executive Committee sets strategy and ensures ABRI work is professionally and technically on target. It is the input and expertise of ABRI members that makes ABRI a strong industry voice. Enclosed in the nomination form is the EXCO Roles and Responsibilities.
